As a leader, your key responsibility it’s important that you determine the key metrics your sales team will be evaluated on, set sales goals and monitor performance. Sales activity tracking enables you to measure how each component of your sales process is doing individually in order to see how they impact the big picture.
This course will have you creating a performance dashboard to track your salespeople’s results, so you can manage them effectively and ensure your team accomplishes the goals set by your organisation.
