This course provides a detailed overview of the Psychology of Customer Satisfaction Model, which was developed by Dr. John Gora to describe how people make decisions.

Utilising the Psychology of Customer Satisfaction Model in customer conversations, enables you to rapidly engage people and significantly increase the chances of them moving forward with you.
