Customers’ challenges are often associated with beliefs they have about your organisation, you and themselves.

This module will help you to identify when these limiting beliefs are present and how to discuss them in a way that is non-confrontational and opens customers up to thinking differently.

What You’ll Learn

  • Identify some of the more impactful self-limiting beliefs that customers may have.
  • Use a language approach (Sleight of Mouth) to help you challenge beliefs.
  • Apply a conversational framework that will enable you to help shift customer thinking and open up dialogue.
