As human beings, we often define ourselves by the roles we play in our lives. How you feel about each of these roles, will directly impact how you perform in them.

In this course you’ll be encouraged to reflect on your current self-image as a sales leader and identify what impact this may have.

What You’ll Learn

  • Critically review your self-image in relation to Leadership.
  • Understand the implications of a having a negative self-image on your ability to hold your team accountable.
  • Work through your sales self-image and determine how to work with your team on theirs to resolve any negative perception they have on selling.
