We need to engage customers emotionally before we give them the logical reasons to move forward. It’s not enough to ask lots of questions, your questions need to give people a serious ‘aha’ moment; having them consider things they previously haven’t thought of.

In this course you will learn how to ask questions to create an ‘emotional shift’ in customers that will inspire them to action.
