Resilience isn’t a new concept but has become subject to renewed interest and attention. This is because we are exposed to so many potential stressors that it’s critical for us to have a degree of hardiness, so we can effectively navigate through life.
At work, resilient people are better able to deal with the demands placed upon them, especially where those demands require dealing with changing priorities and a heavy workload.
In this course you will learn about the practices that contribute to resilience. This will enable you to build your resilience, so you’re ready to meet challenges at work, home and in other areas of your life.
