When you hold people accountable, it breeds trust, teamwork, motivation and improves overall performance.  A lack of accountability is often a result of an underlying issue, such as lack of structure, unrealistic goals, or your own mindset and ability to apply accountability.

This course will help you develop a culture of accountability where individuals are motivated to provide you with the outcome of their work and accept responsibility for the results they achieve.
