Course Details
While many teams work well together, true success comes from being a cohesive team. Research has shown that team cohesion is a positive indicator of team and organisational performance over time. Even if you don’t lead a team, the good news is that you can contribute to building cohesion and trust in your own team.
In this course we’ll define team cohesion and look at why cohesiveness is important. We’ll also explore recent research regarding what makes a cohesive team.
