In this course we’ll look at why happiness is such a big deal and review what the recent science is telling us about the key factors that affect happiness. We’ll ask whether it is possible to increase happiness and, if so, how? What are the key habits of happy people? How do we know? How can we incorporate these practices into our daily lives?
